REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 10th June, 2026

At BrandStory Visuals, every project involves customized creative work and production resources.

General Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds will be provided once work has commenced.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only if:

• BrandStory Visuals is unable to complete the project; and

• The delay exceeds the agreed delivery timeline by more than fourteen (14) days; and

• The delay is solely caused by BrandStory Visuals.

No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Creative preferences

• Delays caused by the Client

• Failure to provide required information

• Approved deliverables

• Requests outside original project scope

Cancellation

Clients may cancel before work begins. In such cases, BrandStory Visuals may refund payments at its discretion less any administrative or processing fees incurred.
